Bacteriological Incubator

We manufacture and provide superior quality bacteriological incubator which is fabricated using qualitative raw material. Our bacteriological incubators are double walled with the outer body fabricated with mild steel while the inner body in mild steel, aluminum or stainless steel. The inner body is lagged with glass wool and is temperature controlled by capillary type hydraulic thermostat with accuracy range of + 0.5ºC. Within the incubator, glass door is available which is fitted with forced air circulation by means of fan and motor arrangement at bottom and solid state temperature controller with front dial to set the temperature. The three side heaters manufactured from nichrome wire provided by memmert model.

Hot Air Oven

We manufacture and supply optimum quality hot air oven lab models. Our hot air ovens are based on latest technology and are fabricated using qualitative raw material. Our double walled hot air oven has mild steel outer whilst the inner wall is fabricated from mild steel, aluminum or stainless steel. The oven is lagged with glass wool and has bottom heaters made from nichrome wires. Temperature is controlled by sensitive hydraulic thermostat with + 10C accuracy. Our hot air ovens operate within the temperature range of 50°C TO 250°C. We also offer forced air circulation & digital temperature controller cum indicators.

Humidity Control Oven

We offer double walled humidity control ovens which is available with digital display. The interior of our oven are fabricated with stainless steel in the interior while mild steel in the exterior. The oven is available with full length inner glass door and outside metal door with magnetic gasket and lock. Two perforated removable trays in stainless steel are available at fixed distance. The whole unit comprises of main switch, fuse and pilot lamps for all controls. The digitally displayed electronic temperature controller is used for dry and wet bulbs. For uniform temperature there is provision for forced air circulation. For the cooling models by hermetically sealed compressors coupled with evaporation coil and condenser, safe guard by time delay circuit. We also provide Microprocessor Based Humidity Oven as per customer specification.

Hot Plate Round

We make use of qualitative raw material such as cast iron, stainless steel and others in the production process of hot plate rounds for the top and the body is of thick mild steel which is available in painting. It is further equipped with 3 heat control switch and thermostatic by Sunvic Regulator.

Magnetic Stirrers

Leveraging on our sophisticated manufacturing facility we are able to fabricate and offer superior quality magnetic stirrers. The top of the magnetic stirrers are fabricated with stainless steel equipped with electronic speed regulators. The stirrer unit is placed in robust fabricated sheet metal housing which is designed for easy and vibration free operation. The ventilation lowers are offered for internal cooling. Both the rotating magnetic field from a balanced permanent magnet to induce variable speed stirring action in closed or open laboratory glass one non-magnetic field from a balanced permanent magnet to reduce variable speed stirring action in closed or open laboratory glass one non-magnetic vessels. Stirring is achieved by means of a small paddle placed in the liquid to be stirred. The stirrer speed can be varied up to 1200 RPM. Available with one Teflon coated (PTFE) magnetized stirring BAR it is operated on 230 volts 50 cycles.

Hot Plate Magnetic Stirrer

Capitalizing on our experienced professionals and cutting edge technology we are able to offer magnetic stirrers which are available with motor hot plates. Our stirrer is equipped with hot plate with a heated capacity, which ensures uniform heating on the surface. The hot plate heating is controlled by an energy regulator which regulates the heating at any percentage of the total heater. The stirrer unit is thermally insulated from the hot plate by asbestos cement buffer surface.
